Currency

1. All amounts below are shown in GBP. If you use a currency other than GBP, local currency equivalents will apply.
   Initial Deposit

2. To claim this Bonus Promotion, the customer must click the associated promotional button/banner within the Promotions area at {brandsite} and make the specified deposit.

3. To claim this Bonus Promotion, a single real cash Deposit of £10 is required.

4. Bonus Cash will be immediately displayed within your Bonus Balance but it will not be active.

5. In order to activate and use the Bonus Cash, your real cash Deposit and winnings accrued from using this Deposit must be lost first. You must accrue Losses (defined as Total Stake minus Total Winnings) equal to the real-money value deposited to claim this Promotion and any Winnings accrued from the play-through of that Deposit within the Promotional Period specified in detail below.

6. Claim By: This Bonus Promotion will be available to claim for 7 days.

7. Customers will have 7 Day(s) day(s) from the date this Bonus Promotion is claimed to activate the Bonus Cash and complete the Wagering Requirements specified in detail below, otherwise the Bonus will expire.
   Required Losses Amount

8. The initial cash Deposit, and associated Winnings, will be used for all transactions until the required Losses amount is met. Your initial Deposit will be Cash Balance, which is not subject to product restrictions.

9. Losses from Scratchcard Bets is determined at point of use, rather than at Checkout. Customers can continue to contribute towards the Losses amount whilst having pending (unplayed) Scratchcards.
   Wagering Requirements

10. Bonus Cash is subject to the Wagering Requirements of 10x the initial awarded Bonus Cash amount before any remaining Bonus Balance can be transferred to your Cash Balance in line with any specified Max Win. For example, if your initial Bonus Cash amount is £10 and your Wagering Requirement is 10x, you will be required to wager a total of £100 (Bonus Cash x Wagering Requirements) before your Bonus Balance can be converted to Cash Balance.

11. Bonus Cash awarded and accumulated with this Bonus Promotion is eligible for use on: Casino, LiveCasino, ScratchCard, TableGame only.

12. If the Wagering Requirements are not met within the specified Promotional Period, the Bonus Promotion, and any associated Bonus Balance, will be forfeited.

13. Qualifying Games, depending on what type of game they are, have an allocated Weighting Percentage. Weighting Percentages affect how your Bet will contribute towards your Wagering Requirements:
    o Scratchcards = 400%
    o Slot/Instant Win Games = 100%
    o Spot the Ball = 100%
    o Table/Live Games = 10%
    o Bingo = 100%
    Restricted Games

14. Bonus funds cannot be used on all slot games. If a game is excluded from bonus play, you will receive a notification within the game when attempting to stake with bonus funds.
    Maximum Bet

15. The Maximum Bet using this Bonus is £5. Any Bets exceeding this amount will use a combination of your Bonus Balance and Cash Balance, and the Bonus component only will count towards your Wagering Requirements.
    Maximum Win

16. The Maximum Win amount of Bonus Cash that can be turned into real Cash Balance once the Wagering Requirements have been completed is £100
    Winnings

17. Any Winnings accrued from your initial cash Deposit will be credited to your Cash Balance without restriction.

18. Winnings accrued with Bonus Balance will be credited to your Bonus Balance as Bonus Cash and cannot be transferred to your Cash Balance until your Wagering Requirements have been completed. However, if you use Bonus Cash on a progressive jackpot game, bingo, or Spot the Ball, and win the jackpot, then the jackpot will be added to your Cash Balance immediately rather than to your Bonus Balance. These funds will not be subject to the Wagering Requirements or Maximum Win of your Bonus.

19. If you do not complete the Wagering Requirements of this Bonus, all associated Bonus Balance will be forfeited.
    Withdrawals

20. You can withdraw any Winnings accrued from your Cash Balance at any time.

21. If your withdrawal request results in your Cash Balance becoming too low to meet the required Losses amount specified for this promotion, you will be required to confirm that you would like to proceed with your withdrawal, at the cost of forfeiting the Bonus.
    Forfeiture

22. You can only have 1 active Bonus at a time. You can forfeit an active Bonus if you wish to cancel it/claim a different Bonus. On forfeiting your Bonus, your Wagering Progress, and any remaining Bonus Balance (including any Bonus Cash Winnings), are sacrificed.

    Wagering Requirements
